DINNER! I don’t have ‘cheat days’ or ‘cheat meals’ I simply listen to my body and around that time of the month I always feel like I need red meat so I allow myself to have it! (I used to suffer from PCOS, anemia and low iron - I was pretty much a hormonal mess).
Some days I eat more than others and some days I eat less - just depends on how I’m feeling! Same goes for my workouts - I don’t really have a set training schedule with certain body parts on certain days, I just analyze how I’m feeling in the morning and then go with it! If I have a lot of energy maybe I’ll do a challenging HIIT turf workout. If I’m feeling tired or drained I might focus on mobility or stretching that day.
