LEG DAY + KICKS!
I did 5 rounds of this and that was my full workout ??

Start out by exhausting larger muscles and then go to your kicks - I’m still learning so I need to turn my foot out more but I’m workin’ on it!

Leg extension - 12 reps bodyweight and then 24 reps half of your body weight
Japanese sumo squat x 12 reps
Leg curl x 12 reps each leg then 12 reps both legs
25 kicks each leg
20 side air kicks

Repeat 5 rounds!
