For three reasons: 1. It’s simple and very easy to put together 2. It’s a plant-based twist on a childhood classic 3. It’s tastes AMAZING and you can customize it with the veggies of your choice! - Ingredients: • 2 (15oz) BPA free canned chickpeas • 1/2 cup of vegan mayo • 1/4 cup chopped celery • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion • 2 tsp garlic powder • 2 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp sea salt • pepper to taste - Directions: • 1. Drain chickpeas and combine in a dish with rest of ingredients 2. Mash with a fork and mix until desired consistency is reached! 3.
