Don’t get me wrong,  I love my body, but I recognize myself as so much more. My worth doesn’t start and finish by what I weigh. What I weight doesn’t take into consideration how I make myself laugh, or how my dog wags his tail at light speed when I come home, or how valued I make my loved ones feel?

Our bodies wouldn’t serve justice to the worth we own. We’ll always be more??

Can you do me a favour and count the things that you love about yourself that have NOTHING to do with your body?

Perhaps it’s your sense of humour,
the way you respect planet earth,
your perfect coffee to water ratio,
how you hold the door for strangers,
your loyalty to loved ones,
your mastery on making the perfect toast [not to crisp, not too soft?],
your enthusiasm,
your integrity,
