Several things had to come together to have this shot: strong backlit, dark background (shadow on neighbor’s house), relatively long exposure, strobe on the #bird and a lovely position from the bird. The result? Like he was wearing a #golden #cloak. It is just so fun, how different images can be done by using different photographic techniques and accommodating to various light conditions.
