Tag your workout partner and let them know you’re adding this move to your core workout this week??

Secure a medicine ball between your knees. Keep your back and legs off the ground the entire exercise. With one knee bent, lift the lower leg up & down 20 times (while the other leg remains still). Do the same for the other leg. Then do both of your legs at the same time for 20 reps. I promise you it’s going to burn big time!

The core will be working extra hard while you squeeze your legs together to prevent the ball from falling!
