The stair climber (stair mill) is definitely one of my favorite ways to lean out and burn calories quick. I always mix it in with HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) - 3 minutes fast / 3 minutes slow. Repeat this for entire workout!

A huge benefit to any HIIT workout is that you’ll continue to burn more calories AFTER your workout is done, than you would after a cardio workout at one steady pace.
