Did you guys try the kettlebell workout? Here are four more moves for a full body workout. All you need is a resistance band ..
.
1. Squat - With feet shoulder width apart, stand on the resistance band and keep the handles at shoulder height while you squat. Squat through the heels. Keep your chest up.
.
2. Bicep curls - With one foot stepping on the resistance band, using the handles curl straight up, then curl to the outside. Keep your elbows as close to your sides at all times!
.
3. Lateral raise - Stand on the band with one foot (opposite foot from the one you just used). Start with the handles facing each other at about waist level directly in front of you. Slowly lift to the side until your arms are parallel with the floor (elbows slightly bent).

4. Bicycle abs - Secure the handles on top of your feet. Pull the resistance band towards you. Keep your back off the ground and pretend that you’re peddling a bike (using your core).

Complete four rounds // 8-12 reps each set. Let me know how it goes!
