Here’s a super quick and easy recipe that you can make in bulk tonight and snack on throughout the week! These will give you a little energy boost and can keep you from making wrong food choices when you’re busy and start getting hungry..

No bake protein balls (or bites):
1 scoop of protein powder
*I used a vanilla plant based powder
1/2 cup oats (rolled)
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add enough water to make a dough like consistency. I used 2 tablespoons.

This made for 6 balls/bites
Nutrition facts (approximate) for one:
Calories: 170 cals
Fat: 14g
Carbs: 10g
Protein: 10g

Store in the refrigerator
