If you don’t, here’s why you should ..

It helps your body absorb almost all the nutrients from fruits & vegetables. When you drink juice, highly concentrated minerals, enzymes, and vitamins will rapidly enter your bloodstream (which is a good thing!). Juicing will help you reach your daily vegetable & fruit servings recommendation ??

Here’s a solid “cocktail” that I make myself on a daily basis:

Celery
Kale
Spinach
Carrots
Cucumber
Wheatgrass
Apples (pink lady or Granny Smith)
Ginger
Lemon

Amount - Need trial and error for yourself to see what taste you like!

Tips: Mess around with different vegetables & fruits to find the right mix for you. Start with something that will give you a solid liquid base (ie: celery), put your leafy greens in second and then put the bigger & thicker foods in after to help push all the greens through the machine ?? Drink the juice quick! When you remove the skin and transform a fruit or vegetable to a liquid, the foods quickly lose the nutrients! But of course, if you can’t drink right away the juice is still loaded with health benefits if you drink later. Make sure to store in a tightly sealed glass jar in the fridge. Don’t substitute out all of your fruit & vegetable intake for juicing!
