Check out this nutritious breakfast option that takes ONE MINUTE to prepare ..

100% plant based meal - no animal products.

What you’ll need:
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Buckwheat groats
Plant milk - ie: almond, pea, rice, hemp, flax milk.
Plant protein powder - vanilla or chocolate
Nuts - ie: walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.
Side of fruit - your choice!

*Keep in mind that the amount of ingredients varies per person! Read the labels to see how many calories & macronutrients you’re getting. Then use whatever amount you need based on your personal daily intake recommendation. Also, you need to mess around with the “milks”, protein powder, and nuts to find the right flavor for you!*

After you mix the “milk” in, let the meal sit for a minute or two. The seeds will expand and create a thicker consistency.

This is also a great meal to prepare the night before. Throw in the refrigerator so you can just grab and go in the am ??
