Raise your hand if you use TRX “bands” ✋? (I know my clients out there love these ?). Here are four beginner/moderate moves that will give you a full body workout:

1. Squat - Try not to rely too much on the bands for balance! Put all your weight in your heals.
.
2. Bicep curls - Keep your chest up and your body as straight as possible! Curl handles to your temples. Focus on using just your biceps. Move your feet closer to suspension trainer to increase difficulty.
.
3. Chest Press - Don’t let the bands scrape your body! The more parallel your body is with the floor, the harder the move is!
.
4. Suspended Crunch - Secure your feet in the handles and flip over to a push-up position. Using your core, bring your knees to your chest.
.
Complete four rounds // 30 seconds for each exercise! Take a minute break in between sets! Let me know how it goes ..
