Dating from 1977, the majestic pair of striding figures clad in voluminous cloaks are among #Chadwick’s most impressive and dynamic #sculptures. The monolithic, stately figures stride forward, as Chadwick seems not only to have cast their clothing in #bronze but the very air that they stir as they move by. In our wintry #London galleries, we’ve reimagined the setting of these sculptures in a #mountainous #snowscene – juxtaposing the manmade and natural geometric shapes.
