Good old rhubarb and homemade custard with the best crumbly shortbread. You just can't beat it. I've used balsamic vinegar in my recipe to really flavour my rhubarb. You might think I've gone a bit bonkers but it adds a really interesting layer of sticky sweetness. Give it a go and see for yourself. Recipe in bio.
