How do you guys use rhubarb ? If there's one thing I love this time of year it's forced rhubarb. Bright pink in colour, it has such an amazing flavour spectrum. It's sour, acidic, but when balanced with sweetness it's tart and refreshing all at once. It's also a nutritious source of potassium helping to keep our blood pressure healthy and muscles functioning properly.
