? Love this super-tasty miso broth with chicken, mushrooms and wild rice. One I always go to from my Everyday Super Food cookbook when I'm after something mid-week that's warming but also full of goodness too. I use mixed wild rice in this one as it's so much more nutritious than regular rice, plus is a good source of both magnesium and phosphorus which are good for maintaining healthy teeth and skin. Recipe in bio guys.
