Who's got my oldie but a goldie Jamie at Home cookbook?? This is still one of my favourites - hot and sour rhubarb and crispy pork with noodles. Fresh and lively, perfect to brighten up your day this time of year. Don't ask me why but this pork with rhubarb just works. And the crispiness of the pork is just immense. Recipe in bio guys, you've got to give this one a go!!
