Beach Workout ?? Try out this partner workout I did with @healthychefsteph - it's based on the one I'm taking the @stregismaldives guests through tomorrow ??? Split the reps in half and try to complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. While one works, the other rests. E.g. I did 5 push ups, then steph did. I did 10 Burpees, then steph did. Etc. ➡️ 4 beach shuttle runs ➡️ 10 push ups ➡️ 20 Burpees ➡️ 30 Lunges ➡️ 40 squats ➡️ 50 mountain climbers ➡️ 60 jumping jacks ? Good luck! ?? #stregismaldives #girlgains #zvdworkout
