Plane Supplies ✈️ I'm about to hop on a plane to THE MALDIVES. No biggie ? And I wanted to share my carry on essentials ??➡️ My passport - obviously ? ➡️ Snacks - you never know what airplane food is going to be like. So I always take my own snacks. Today I've got a stash of @aldiuk wholefood bars - I'm obsessed with the cashew crush and pecan pie flavours. Plus they only have TWO ingredients! ?? I'm not one of those people who refuses to eat plane food, but I do request a vegan meal as it tends to be more wholesome. ➡️ A reusable water bottle. You can easily go through 10 plastic cups or mini bottles on a long haul flight. To avoid this excessive trash, take your own bottle and ask the air hostess to refill it for you! ?? ➡️ A skincare regimen - I am pretty anal about how I look after my skin on flights. If you want a post or video about this let me know! ➡️ Entertainment. I always take my laptop as I'm most productive on flights. But I also pack a good book too; I'm currently reading one called The Telomere Effect ? I'm heading out to @stregismaldives with @healthychefsteph to lead a fitness takeover and train the hotel guests in paradise ? It's a hard job but someone's gotta do it ?
