Lemon Coconut Overnight Oats ? As the days get shorter and cooler I tend to prefer warming porridge for breakfast. However I often just don't have the luxury of time to cook porridge on the hob (and I don't own a microwave!). So the convenience of overnight oats wins me over - just shove all the ingredients in a bowl and grab them in the morning. Bish bash bosh.
