@amrei.hunter, our youngest attendee of #ThePugliaEncounter, (very carefully) collects prickly pears off the walls of @masseriapotenti. @emikodavies made the brightest ruby syrup out of them, that was then dramatically poured on the freshest ricotta. Wait for those captures in the coming posts.
