I traveled near and far to study this art. I've also had to look really deep inside of myself to find more.
Each day, we pick up the pieces, we seal & we mend, we are a work of art, in motion.
I was raised with very tough love, I don't take criticism lightly, I wear my heart on my sleeve, I certainly will not be like everyone else... I wasn't raised that way. I'm not wired to follow, I'm only wired to create, to speak, to love as deeply and honestly as possible.
We all have setbacks, we struggle, sometimes we get hurt. It's okay. Kintsugi shows us, it is honorable & for those of us who are real, we will show and share our golden cracks. I will continue to work on mine, lots of self care and love, as I turn a new chapter this week.
