stone fruit in the kitchen is synonymous with late summer in my mind - making and preserving with what's in abundance.
I'm looking forward to seeing what beauty late summer holds on the island of Gotland in Sweden. Together with @adelasterfoodtextures & @Linda Lomelino we will be exploring making and creating in our farmhouse there with workshop guests(a couple of places remain open if you would like to join us all.
