finding garden inspiration in these beautiful summer flowers from @fiveforkfarms - the long elegant foxgloves and the lacy purple capped Queen Anne's lace are particularly charming
the gardens at the city cottage are currently a blank slate - both exciting because of the possibility to design and plant beds from scratch and daunting in the sheer scope of possible direction -

We have been talking a lot recently about the capacity for decision making and thinking about how many choices we are asked to make each day -
what it really boils down to is, a whole lot. From what to have for breakfast lunch and dinner to how to how best to create something from nothing - But something we both agree on, at least when it comes to those decisions with long term reach is how to make the best decisions, the one that will have longevity and staying power - one good decision perhaps instead of many
