"You drink coffee?!" I get this response all the time... and the answer is "Kale yeah!" I looooove coffee... and have since I was 16 years old filling up the gas tank on the way to school with my sister. We would get coffee with like 10 French vanilla creamers in it- haha!

Over the years, coffee has helped me with college finals, commuting in LA traffic (405 to the 101!) and loooong days with little kids. Yet the truth is, my body doesn't love coffee as much as I do. Too much of it and I'm tired, irritable and sleep horrible. So I limit myself to one cup a day... MAX and use green smoothies and my @dandyblend natural coffee alternative to keep me happy throughout the day.
