Pre-Squat Warm Up ?The wizard @mikeleept showed me this awesome opener to help release my tight hip flexors. It's ideal to use before squatting ?? The key points here are to tuck your butt under to set your hips forwards, brace your core and flatten your back. Go for 10 reps each side with control. And yes, it's a slippery one to get into (hence my lanky fumbling at the beginning ?) but it's totally worth it ??
