Handstand Practice ?? Guys I'm finally getting there!!! ? After working with @mikeleept for a couple of months I've gone from not being able to go upside down without panicking to actually feeling comfortable holding a handstand! Admittedly it's only for a few short seconds but give me time and I'll be a pro ? I really enjoy having elements of gymnastics in my training as it mixes it up and feels more like playing than working out ??
