THE IBIZA PREP 👙 Ok so here I am, all 360 degrees of me 😂 no editing, filters or tensing. Just my body 💃🏼 Today marks the day I start preparing for Ibiza. I've been happily floating along for the past year, eating and training as I please (aka brunching hard) and to be honest not really having any structure! Which I have LOVED. I've just enjoyed fitness for what it is, a way to look after yourself. However, I want a new goal to work towards. And that goal? IBIZZAAAA 🍾 I'm not aiming to get to a certain weight or waist measurement. I just want to eat well and train hard consistently, with an end goal in mind. I want to challenge myself, to find a new focus and new motivation for the next 8 weeks 💪🏼 Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE my body. You guys know that. I don't think it's out of shape. However I want to see what I can achieve with it through hard work and determination ☺️ I will be documenting my journey here and mostly on YouTube, where I will be sharing food diarys and workouts.
