Kettlebell killer!
1.15 each side (core tight and press through the heel of your front foot)
2. 30 seconds each side (try not to let your foot touch the ground)
3. 15 each side (keep your core tight, back flat and push your butt back on those side lunges!) 4. 20 each side (put your feet on the ground to modify. Chest up, shoulders back)
