4 moves to help you improve your pull-ups!
1. Can be done with or without a band around your wrists. Keep your core tight and chest of the ground. Always keep tension on the band. (This mini Band is from Perform Better)

2. TRX sit to pull. You want to sit up nice a straight keeping your core tight. You want to lead up with your chest. Think of a rope being attached to your chest pulling you up.
3. Resistance band pull ups. This is a great assist to your pull up. Keep your core tight and again lead with your chest. If you go slow you will get the benefit of working both the positive pull and the negative movement which with give you a lot of benefits when you start moving towards doing pull ups without a band.
