We visited La Fonte dei Sapori, a cheese farm near the coast, where they make artisanal fior di latte (cow's milk) mozzarella, burrata, and ricotta. They also make aged cow's milk cheeses, including caciocavallo. Here’s some nodi (knots) of mozzarella and burrata. @levirtuphila #FRtakeover
