Here we’re deep in Abruzzo’s hinterlands, overlooking the Sagittario Gorge and the town of Anversa degli Abruzzi on the road between our cheese farms, La Porta dei Parchi and Valle Scannese, both used by @marcelliformaggi. These are possibly the most organic cheese producers in Italy.
