Indo Pacific bottlenose dolphins travel through the wave washed shallows of the Ponta D'oro Marine Reserve in southern Mozambique. To make this image I had to swim into the surf zone and weave in and out of the breaking waves. Exact timing meant the difference between getting the shot or getting pounded in the surf.
