Have just arrived in Australia’s capital, Canberra, for an official visit. I will be meeting PM Malcolm Turnbull with his Ministers, and am also very honoured to be invited to address a joint session of the Australian Parliament.
Pictured here is the Australian Parliament House, which is one of the biggest buildings in the Southern hemisphere. It was designed by Romaldo Giurgola, who also designed the SAFTI Military Institute - another thing we have in common with the Australians!

Singapore and Australia have a Strategic Partnership, and we are signing several agreements to take our friendship forward.
