#YogiAssignment No Stress ?
No amount of worrying ever solved a situation. Actions rooted in stress lead to more stress. You could spend your life sweating the small stuff, but there is another way. Change your perspective and learn how to have faith and surrender. What is meant to happen not only will happen but cannot be stopped. There is a kind of delusion of the ego that thinks the whole world revolves around us and if we don't hold it all together it's going to come crashing down. But shrug it off, let the weight of the world rest on the only shoulders who can handle it--God's shoulders, not yours or mine. Turn it over. Watch the stress lift up off your heart and feel your spirit smile. No matter what it is, you can't change it by freaking out. Whether it's a political event, a natural disaster, financial turmoil, personal struggles or chronic pain, the only tenable path is the one of faith. There is always a solution, there is always a way out of the stuckness, there is joy and happiness waiting for you just around the corner. ?

Tips for Relieving Stress:
1. Turn it Over - Make a list of everything you need or want taken care of. See what you need to do, what you can delegate to someone else to get done and what you need grand cosmic Providence to do for you. Write it down, ask for help, turn it over and wait for your delivery. It may take some time but your Divine package of blessing is on the way.
2. Breathe - When you notice yourself stressing out, close your eyes and take ten deep breaths. Then look at your problem with fresh eyes.
3. Change the Topic - Instead or harping on the same negative tune focus on something else, anything else, that makes you smile and puts you in a good mood. After your mood has changed go back and revisit the problem and see if you see a new perspective since your vibration has changed.
4. Prepare - Pray for the best, but don't just lie in bed waiting for it all to work out. Do your homework, do your practice, get stuff done. Don't force it or stress about it, but calmly and quietly make steady progress along the path #onebreathatatime ?
