The @ニューヨーク・タイムズ dance critic @alastair.macaulay writes that the gala “had a back-to-front quality of misplaced priorities and unresolved ideas.” But he thought “The Dreamers” — a #pasdedeux choreographed by @justin_peck — was the most interesting study of male-female relations in “an evening of entirely heterosexual choreography.” @saramearns was “the evening’s most arresting personality as she so often is,” he writes. She rose slowly onto point while addressing her counterpart, Amar.
