An amazing day filled with so much love and light. One of the most touching moments of the day happened when a student came up to me and shared her story of hope and faith. She said she started yoga by watching a video of mine where I talked about how long it took me to build strength in the practice. Hearing that she thought, maybe me too, maybe I can do it too, and began her practice five years ago. And this is why I share my practice, my voice, my presence online because you never know when the seed of faith might be planted in someone's heart. Yoga is a light in the darkness of the doubt that shines a beacon of truth. It is a promise of great strength and unshakable faith, a testimony of undying love and a life lived on purpose. I want you to believe in yourself beyond the shadows of doubt, to see your greatness, your strength and your beauty. I want you to recognize your worth, to see yourself in the pure eyes of spirit and set yourself free. I want you to know yourself deeply, to love yourself deeply, and to live a life of inner peace. The journey to happiness starts with getting on your mat, opening your heart and believing with faith the size of a mustard seed. Maybe me too, maybe I can do it too. Oh yes, you most certainly can!
