Dumbbell circuit baby! Exercise 1: side lunge to single leg curl press (if you need to tap your foot down to help you balance do it! 12 reps on each side! Make sure you push your butt back and keep your chest up on the side lunge! Exercise 2: single are burpee snatch! You can put your other hand down if you can't do the single arm burpee! 10 reps each arm! Exercise 3: squat with alternating twist and press! Make sure you really think about your core on this one!
