My culinary school journey has me seeing food in entirely news ways. Last night, I had the pleasure of experiencing @Wolvesmouth Taxa and the meal was one of the best I have ever had. But it wasn't just about the delicious food. The chef is an artist, too. Imagine yourself surrounded by an amazing art installation that was created by the same person that has created the gorgeous food that you're ingesting. The culinary art you're looking at is beef...ribeye cap. There are a multitude of delightful ingredients that accompanied it...Asian pear, squid ink...I was in nirvana. Sometimes, one has to shout out to the world the mind-boggling experience one is lucky enough to have. I feel so blessed to share this with you. With love, ?Ty
