Check out that fish! I fried it in class. That deep fryer grease was so HOT! I was terriFRIED!!! But it came out really good. Our instructor, Bad Ass Genius Chef Sandy, joked that I love me some pepper. Yeah, I am heavy handed with the pepper mill. Need to back up on that shake of my wrist. Nevertheless, my mama gave big props on my fish. Can't wait til York is old enough to taste his mama's FFFF - Famous Fierce Fried Fish!
