Enough about my FFFF - Famous Fierce Fried Fish because to be honest, I need to get it right by not adding too much darn pepper! So it's not famous YET.
But what SHOULD be famous is my teammates's red cabbage slaw. It has fennel in it, which I don't like at all, but whatever he did with this dish made me lick my cabbage spoon! I plated it for the buffet and shaped it up a bit and added the green garnish to make it look like one big carrot. Bugs Bunny would be proud.
