Photo by @migeophoto // Down a dusty dirt road there is an ancient droopy tree known as the Angel Oak. Her branches dive into and out of the earth like a serpent in the ocean. Early this morning I arrived to take her portrait. It was only me, the sun, and an old painter. She holds the title of the oldest tree east of the Mississippi river and is thought to be one of the oldest living things in the country.
