I know this isn’t the most beautiful photo but this is too delicious not to post. Grilled-to-order skewers of juicy beef marinated in lemongrass, makrut lime leaves, turmeric and galangal; pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber, onion; spicy sambal, and grilled baguettes that have been slathered with butter. All ready for you to build your own magical sandwich. Also, this is in the food court at the giant mega mall in Phnom Penh, filled with Cambodians eating Khmer street food dishes and it’s awesome.
