Snapping a selfie with our swimmers @wheelie_wonka and @yippinxiu, together with Minister Grace Fu during the @apg_2015 Closing Ceremony yesterday evening. Proud of our athletes’ superb showing. Theresa won five gold medals for Singapore while Pin Xiu broke the world record for the 50m backstroke S2.
Grateful to them and all our para athletes for showing us what it means to keep striving even when it's not easy. Congratulations on your achievements!
