I love this gorgeous photo by one of the beautiful ladies I met on this retreat @xzarinanicholson she is an incredible yoga teacher, yoga therapist and life coach. This was taken when we went to the local organic farm on the Neals Yard Remedies retreat. Being on the organic farm and seeing the passion the lady had who owned it was contagious! I think if I took one thing from this trip it would be to eat local organic produce. Find a local farmer, or order an organic veg box, we need to support our local farmers and create a relationship with our food. Remember digestion begins before the food even reaches our mouth.
