Every day on our retreat we've been lucky enough to start each day with Pilates by the beautiful @lottiemurphy_ who has not only opened my eyes to how fantastic it is, but I had no idea how much it worked your core! Lottie is also such an incredible instructor that has become a great friend, who I know will now be in my life forever. That is what is so wonderful about this retreat, you meet amazing people that you would otherwise not.
This morning I took a little meditation overlooking the ocean after an early morning hike from our hotel, when we came out of it we saw a whole pack of dolphins swimming past and jumping out of the water. Then when we did Pilates with Lottie overlooking the ocean and a fox ran right up to the group. How beautiful and what amazing energy! Moments like that with beautiful people money cannot buy!
