Oh yes! Lunch was served by the lovely Daphne Lambert she's our nutrition lecturer and has designed our meals this week on the #NYRPortugalRetreat. She was the chef/co-owner of an award winning organic restaurant for 25 years, ran a nutrition consultancy practice for over 20 years and her focus is to create a nutritious way of eating that benefits human health and the Earth. Basically a nutrition black belt! Daphne has taught me that we often think about where our meat comes from but what about our plants? We need to also consider how we prepare our food, how it grows, what we use to grow it and how it effects how well it nourishes our bodies. Try to buy organic where possible, eat seasonal produce and support local farmers. @bdeliciousbyou xx #MakeADifferenceMonday
