For #trialtuesday I would love to tell you about one of the biggest learnings I've had on the #nyrportugalretreat. It's something that so many of us forget to do and that is simply taking time to look after ourselves.
How many of you have a massage regularly? Who take time to be looked after by someone else? To rejuvenate?
I had the most incredible detox massage on the retreat using the amazing detox toning oil. I came away from it feeling so relaxed and it made me realise I have not treated myself like that in such a long time.
Always remember to look after yourself inside and out, it is so important. Health is nourishing our mind and body. When you look after yourself you are then in the best place to look after others. Love @bdeliciousbyou xx
