These bent leg donkey kicks are one of my favorite ways to isolate the glutes!
-start with the left foot turned in towards the right leg
-the right leg should be bent with the foot flexed
-fold the right bent leg inside of the left leg
- push up through the heel and squeeze the glutes while still maintaining the bent right knee
-remember to keep the lower back straight to prevent hyperextension!
Repeat for 15 reps followed by 15 traditional donkey kicks on each leg for a total of 3 sets!
