1 year of #girlgains - thank you lifting weights? The left hand picture was taken exactly a year ago today! It was back when I was starting to get into lifting but didn't really know what I was doing and I wasn't pushing myself very hard. Now I lift weights 5-6 days a week and do occasional HIIT. I actually weigh the same amount in both pictures but my body composition has changed significantly. For me personally lifting weights is my favourite form of exercise and I like the way it changes my physique. However, I'm not saying that everyone needs to lift... Find what works for you - whether that's yoga, running, Pilates, lifting... The list goes on! You're much more likely to stick to training if you love what you do ? #tangains #ilovelift
